We simplify the open enrollment process by eliminating messy paper applications, and the labor by the Broker’s office in having to track down individuals for missing information.

 

We streamline the process of transmitting enrollment data to the carriers (carriers must accept excel spreadsheets) so that ID cards and Policies can be issued promptly.

 

We ensure ACA compliance since all applications are time and date stamped. This provides the employer proof that all employees have either enrolled or declined in the benefits offering.

 

We provide real time updates so the Broker and their client can track who has completed enrollment and who hasn’t.

 

We eliminate disruption of the workforce by providing 24/7 system access.

 

We ensure additional ACA compliance by posting all necessary documents on the enrollment site so that all employees can review and print out documents at their leisure.

 

We execute clear and consistent messaging throughout the enrollment since all employees see and go through the same process.

 

We are user friendly  1) Log In   2) Set a password   3) Click to enroll or decline.

 

We are available during the enrollment process to solve any problems an employee may encounter. We also provide employees the option to call our office and get enrolled over the phone should an employee not have access to a computer.

 

We leave behind a great tool for employers to create robust reports & access information that they may need throughout the year such as employee profile data, benefit selections, and beneficiary info.

 

We continue to support full use of the platform when enrollment is completed for New Hires, Terms, Cancellations, and Postings throughout the year.

 

  • Groups using this Platform must have all employees either enroll or decline in benefits.

 

  • We cannot load current enrollment data when implementing this platform. Data storage starts with the first year that the system is used for enrollment.

 

  • There is no cost for this enrollment platform but we require 2 Voluntary plans to be offered within the enrollment.
