VBS handles the open enrollment process from start to finish and on into maintenance mode. There is a tremendous amount of preparation that goes into building a case. We work with our clients to prepare and refine information, and we do ALL of the upload for them. During enrollment we serve as the “answer line” for product questions, technical support, and virtually all inquiries. After enrollment is complete, we make sure that the data transmitted to the insurance carriers remain intact and is entered correctly. We also serve as an ongoing customer service and claims escalation department for the voluntary benefits products. It is very important to us that employees get paid promptly and accurately if they should ever have to use the insurance that we recommend.
